24-hour cancellation policy
Collector trust is fundamental to the Suarte experience, which is why all artworks purchased through the platform have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. This policy aims to enhance buyers confidence and trust, resulting in smoother transactions.
The 24-hour window begins once an artwork is purchased, and to qualify for an order cancellation, the collector must:
- Complete the entire transaction, including all communications, using Suarte’s secure checkout method through the “Buy Now” option.
- Notify Suarte of their desire to cancel the order within 24 hours of order confirmation at [email protected]. The email address associated with their account must match the email received.
This cancellation policy does not apply if the collector pays the Gallery directly through off-platform payment methods, such as wire transfer, check, PayPal, or other external methods.
Orders canceled before shipment will not incur a shipping fee and will be eligible for a full refund. Galleries should not ship the artworks before the first 24 hours have passed.
After the 24-hour window, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled. However, buyers are provided with a continuous line of communication with the Gallery through the order’s chat, and in case any problem arises, buyers can report an issue at all times.
Suarte’s represents professional galleries and will work with you to find the best possible solution. For collectors in the EU or the UK, the 14-day return policy applies to all purchases. This means that if you’re located in the EU or UK, you have the right to return the artwork within 14 days for a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the artwork to the gallery. It’s important to mention that this return policy also applies to sellers based in the EU or UK, regardless of where the collector is located.
