Payments and invoices

Payments from Suarte to Galleries for original artworks are processed after the 24-hour cancellation policy has ended.

Any applicable taxes  will be added to the payment. If your Gallery is located in the EU, visit One-Stop-Shop to understand how Suarte distributes taxes within the EU.

The transaction is made directly to your Gallery’s designated bank account, which you can specify in the bank account section of the profile menu. This ensures a smooth and secure transfer of funds from Suarte to your Gallery.

Invoices: Suarte includes the reduced commission for in-store sales, the income generated from Limited Editions, and the referral system in the monthly invoice, accessible through the Gallery’s profile menu.

What it Contains?

Suarte provides Galleries with a comprehensive monthly digital document that outlines their financial activity on the platform. The document is divided into multiple pages, each delivering vital information about the Gallery’s monthly finances.

Page 1: Summary of Monthly Activity

This page presents an overview of the Gallery’s performance on Suarte, including the number of sales made and the total earnings generated during the month.

Page 2: Invoice

The second page displays the invoice, which represents Suarte’s total commission for in-store sales minus the income generated through Limited Editions and the referral system. If the balance is positive, Suarte will pay the corresponding amount to the Gallery.

In the event that the balance is negative, the Gallery is responsible for crediting the amount owed within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Suarte’s payment information, where the money must be transferred, is provided in the invoice.

The third page serves as a statement of the Gallery’s account, presenting a comprehensive record of all sales made through Suarte, along with their current status.
