Buying an artwork on Suarte is a simple and enjoyable process. Follow these steps to acquire the perfect piece for your collection:

1. Browse: Explore the diverse range of artworks available on Suarte. For inspiration, visit the home page or use the search feature along with advanced filters to tailor your search based on your preferences. We recommend immersing yourself in Suarteworld, a unique space where all artworks come together, to find the perfect piece for your collection.
2. Learn more about the artwork: Once you've found a piece that captures your interest, save the artwork and explore its detailed information, including the artist, gallery, and provenance. This additional context will enrich your understanding and appreciation of the piece.
3. Buy Now: Make it yours! Note that artworks cannot be reserved, and the first collector to complete the payment will secure the artwork. Click the "Buy Now" button to purchase the piece, add your shipping address, and click next.
4. Cancellation policy: In the event that a buyer wishes to cancel an order, they can submit a cancellation request within the first 24 hours after completing the purchase. To learn more, visit Suarte’s 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. 
5. Payment: Artworks cannot be reserved. The first person to complete the payment will secure the artwork. Provide payment details, and consider showcasing the artwork within the community for a better experience. 
6. Chat with the Gallery: From your orders tab, you will be able to chat with the gallery. We encourage you to get in touch to learn more about the unique piece you have just purchased.
7. Track your shipment: The gallery will provide the tracking number and courier company for you to keep track of your order's progress. Get prepared to welcome home your new artwork. Visit shipping guidelines for more information.
8. Confirm the delivery of your order: Confirm that your new artwork has arrived in perfect condition and provide feedback on your experience with the Gallery.

When you purchase an original or Limited Edition on Suarte, you can choose to display it publicly on your profile. This can be done during the purchase process or later by visiting the artworks section of your profile.

Showcasing your collection allows you to connect with other users and start receiving thoughts, ratings, and more. By sharing your collection, you can contribute to Suarte's vibrant community and engage in meaningful discussions and connections with other art lovers.

If you prefer more privacy, consider using a username that does not fully reveal your personal details but still represents your persona. Suarte encourages creativity and self-expression, as long as the username is respectful.

At Suarte, we prioritize the safety and security of our collectors during the purchasing process. Payments are processed by Stripe to accommodate your needs, ensuring a convenient and secure transaction experience. 

Note that exchange rates are processed by Stripe and updated regularly to reflect the current conversion price. Any potential conversion rate fees associated with international transactions will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Artwork pricing can vary depending on several factors, such as the Artist's and Gallery’s reputation, medium, size, rarity, and provenance.

For original artworks, galleries are responsible for setting the price. Suarte does not charge additional commissions to its users when purchasing these unique pieces, ensuring a transparent and fair price.

For Limited Editions, Suarte takes on the responsibility of setting the price as well as producing and distributing the limited editions.Galleries can choose to request Limited Editions (LEs) for the artworks they represent, and by doing so, they agree to grant full exclusivity to Suarte for the distribution of those LEs. Your order may be subject to customs fees when importing artworks from another country. These charges are determined by governments and are beyond Suarte's control. 

Kindly note that, as the buyer, you are required to cover any customs duties and taxes. These fees can vary, influenced by factors such as the artwork's value, the shipment's origin country, its insurance, and the import laws of your country.

Customs fees generally apply unless both the buyer and the Gallery are within the same country or among the EU member countries. In these scenarios, VAT is applied to your order during checkout.

Yes, returns are possible under certain circumstances. However, due to the unique nature of art, after the 24-hour cancellation policy has ended, all sales are considered final.
