Return and refund policy for Limited Editions

Suarte understands the importance of ensuring that limited edition prints meet the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Occasionally, issues may arise, and Suarte is committed to addressing them promptly and fairly. Therefore, Suarte has established a clear and concise return and refund policy that applies specifically to limited edition prints purchased through Suarte.

1. Reporting Issues: Collectors have five days from the date of delivery to report any issues with their limited edition print. This includes damage during transit, manufacturing defects, or discrepancies between the print received and the product description on the platform.

2. Two-Year Guarantee: Suarte offers a two-year guarantee on all limited edition prints, covering manufacturing defects. If a defect is identified within this period, the collector may be eligible for a replacement or refund, as determined by Suarte.

3. Initiating a Return: If the collector needs to initiate a return, they can visit their orders tab and report an issue with the selected order. The collector should provide a detailed description of the issue and any relevant documentation, such as photographs of the damage or defect. Suarte will review the claim and provide further instructions on the return process, if applicable. 

4. Shipping Costs: Suarte will cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit. For other return reasons, the collector may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

5. Replacements: In cases where a replacement is issued, Suarte analyzes the returned print and destroys the defective print to ensure its exclusivity. The new print will have all rights and guarantees, maintaining the integrity of the limited edition.

6. Refunds: Once the returned limited edition print is received and inspected by Suarte, a refund or replacement will be issued, as appropriate. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with the collector.
