For original artworks, galleries handle their shipment and must provide the tracking number and courier company within 7 days of order confirmation.

On the other hand, Suarte oversees the production and dispatch of limited editions, typically ensuring their delivery within about 14 days.

Suarte is dedicated to offering art lovers a secure platform for purchasing art from renowned galleries worldwide. Our Buyer Protection Policy is designed to instill confidence, ensuring that every transaction is safe and secure.

 

Secure transactions

We employ advanced encryption technology and secure payment gateways provided by Stripe, ensuring the utmost safety of your sensitive information throughout every transaction.

 

Artwork authenticity guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of all artworks sold on Suarte, validated through legitimate representation by the artist or direct ownership by our partnered galleries.

 

Showcasing purchased artworks

Collectors have the option to publicly showcase their acquired artworks, fostering interactions and engagement. Alternatively, there is also the option to keep them private. We recommend using a username that represents you without disclosing personal information.

 

24-hour Cancellation Policy

Suarte upholds a 24-hour cancellation policy that allows buyers to submit a cancellation request within the first 24 hours post-purchase. Upon cancellation, Suarte immediately notifies the associated gallery and initiates the refund process. 

Direct communication with Galleries

Once a purchase has been completed, buyers are granted the ability to communicate directly with galleries. This open channel allows for any inquiries or clarifications that might be needed regarding the artwork. Whether you have questions about the piece's history, need care instructions, or seek more details about the artist, the galleries are available to provide answers and insights, ensuring a smooth and informed experience. 

 

Involve Suarte

Should any issues arise with your order, such as transit damage or description discrepancies, report within five days of artwork reception. If resolution is not achieved through direct Gallery communication, Suarte can be involved in the process, reaching a decision based on evidence from both parties.

 

Return policy

In the event of any issues with the artwork, a full refund will be provided. However, please be aware that, due to the unique nature of art, a simple change of mind or dissatisfaction with the artwork does not qualify for a return. Shipping Insurance

All artworks shipped must be insured by Galleries against damage or loss during transit. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged or lost, promptly report the issue via your order's tab. In such instances, both the Gallery and Suarte will actively collaborate to facilitate a smooth return and refund process for your convenience and peace of mind.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. Suarte is committed to safeguarding your personal information, adhering to stringent privacy policies, and not sharing information with third parties without explicit consent.

 

By purchasing artworks on Suarte, you can trust that you are protected under Suarte’s buyer protection policy. The platform purpose is to foster a secure and encouraging space for art lovers, collectors, artists, and our partnered galleries to connect and conduct meaningful transactions with peace of mind.

To monitor the status of your order, access your Suarte account and view the order details in your profile. If shipping details are available, they will display both the tracking number and the designated courier service. 

We recommend routinely checking your email and Suarte notifications to stay updated. Should you have any queries, our support team is always ready to assist.

Some Galleries allow the direct pick-up of artworks. This will be specified in the artwork's details. If you opt for this method, you can coordinate the collection schedule via the order chat. Please remember, however, that Suarte's Buyer Protection doesn't extend to in-person pick-ups or in-store purchases.

Your order may be subject to customs fees when importing artworks from another country. These charges are determined by governments and are beyond Suarte's control. 

Kindly note that, as the buyer, you are required to cover any customs duties and taxes. These fees can vary, influenced by factors such as the artwork's value, the shipment's origin country, its insurance, and the import laws of your country.

Customs fees generally apply unless both the buyer and the Gallery are within the same country or among the EU member countries. In these scenarios, VAT is applied to your order during checkout.

Returns are possible under certain circumstances. However, due to the unique nature of art, after the 24-hour cancellation policy has ended, all sales are considered final.
